Check in time is 4:00 pm arriving on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please check our calendar for availability.  Check out time on your departure day is 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total charge is due at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior arrival.  If the reservation is cancelled 14 days outside the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 card service fee.  Any reservations cancelled within the 14 days will forfeit their deposit.  If however, the same cottage can be rebooked for the same time period, a credit of the deposit amount will be put on file for 12 months from the scheduled arrival date to be used at the property.  This amount will be forfeited in the event of a second cancellation.
